Late yesterday afternoon my Medical Social Worker called frantic about how to put half rails on a patient’s bed as there were new caregivers filling in for the daughter who took a much need short vacation. I took five calls on different items regarding this patient before I called your Warehouse Supervisor. He spoke directly to my Medical Social Worker and talked her through getting these rails on – she just needed some direction.

The family called me and thanked me over and over for our excellent communication and getting this taken care of so quickly. My Medical Social Worker also told me how great it was that she was able to get help so quickly and how it made her job easier knowing that she can call Care Medical and get the answers she needs without having to wait for an actual visit from one of your drivers. It is so great that my Medical Social Workers and Case Managers are confident that when they call your store and have questions they will get their answers quickly.

The knowledge and experience of Care Medical’s employees is absolutely remarkable. I learn something new everyday and it helps me in my communication with everyone on this end and for that I am truly blessed. Moral of the story… Even something that would seem so minor to some makes a HUGE difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

I would like to convey my deep appreciation for the skilled and compassionate instruction and support I received from your Respiratory Therapist, Nancy. Recently, a CPAP machine and mask were prescribed for me. The CPAP device and intended implementation are certainly not business as usual, and I was a little apprehensive about setting up and using the machine. Nancy was simply wonderful as a teacher and problem solver. She offered in-depth knowledge about CPAP, and about sleep issues more generally, in a personalized and caring way. She also made herself readily available for constructive follow-up assistance. In sessions with Nancy, I have felt both heard and helped.
