In-Home Consultations

The purpose of an in-home consultation is to address a number of issues involved with the safe use of the equipment in your home. These include demonstrating the proper use and care of the equipment, assuring that the equipment meets your specific needs and making sure the equipment fits through your doorways, clears table and counter heights, and allows access to sinks and household appliances.

Delivery and Pick Up

The purchase or rental of the equipment we provide may include delivery, set up, instruction and training. This service also includes the pick up of rented items once they are no longer needed.

Modifications and Repairs

All Care Medical & Rehabilitation Equipment locations offer modifications and repair services for the equipment we provide. We will honor all manufacturer warranties. A copy of the manufacturer’s owners manual and warranty information will be provided to you with the purchase of your equipment. If your equipment should malfunction or not operate properly, please contact your local Care Medical branch location immediately so that we can take the necessary corrective action.
